Educated Appointments is excited to support an OFSTED Outstanding training company in providing high-quality apprenticeships and professional development to trainee teachers through to school Executive Leaders.

The client, who operate nationally, is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor in the Exeter region.

This role will involve planning, co-ordinating, mentoring and supporting on training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and experience of working within the sector itself, enabling them to share their expertise with learners and help them achieve their apprenticeship at the highest level possible.

Duties:
  1. Deliver high-quality training, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards.
  2. Create tailored action plans for candidates.
  3. Deliver workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
  4. Support English and Maths training, ensuring successful completion in collaboration with FS specialists.
  5. Provide tutorial support on Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs.
  6. Conduct remote webinars for apprentices.
  7. Train on British Values, Prevent, mental health, well-being, career guidance, and safety topics.
  8. Record and report on Additional Learning Support (ALS).

Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
