Job Title and Salary: Early Years Childcare Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) - £29,400 - £33,600 per annum.

Location: Home/Field based with flexibility for travel across Exeter and surrounding areas.

Job Description: Deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, along with Functional Skills to level 2. Manage a caseload of learners, conduct remote and face-to-face observations to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeships. Key responsibilities include managing your diary efficiently, supporting learners through the End Point Assessment Process, organising and maintaining documentation on learners' progress, and meeting Assessor KPI's.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Essential criteria include experience of working as a Nursery Manager (3+ years), holding a Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents, ideally a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Childcare, experience of delivering on-the-job training to staff, organisational skills, ability to plan time effectively, confident and professional attitude, and a Full, clean, UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
