Job Title: Childcare Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Nanny Bears' new location, The Cottage - Exeter.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning, safeguarding practice, and creating inspiring activities for children. A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare, along with management experience and a passion for childcare, are essential requirements for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective educational programs tailored to individual children's needs
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to best practices in safeguarding and health & wellbeing
  • Using initiative to create engaging and creative activities that foster children's individuality and confidence
  • Fostering a positive relationship between children, parents, and staff members
