**Job Title:** Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated nursery professional to join our team in Exeter, providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring their well-being and development.

Duties:

  • Supervise and engage with children in a nursery setting
  • Plan and implement educational activities suitable for early childhood development
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress
  • Manage daily routines and ensure the needs of each child are met

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children
  • Leadership qualities to guide and support children effectively
  • Proficient in English to communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of childcare practices and early childhood education
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Hold a valid driving license (nice-to-have)

**Salary Range:** £20,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
