Your Role
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily activities, observing and recording child progress, and developing engaging play activities that promote learning and development. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A creative approach to play and learning is essential, as well as a passion for early years education and a commitment to delivering outstanding care and support.
