We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Education Manager to join our team at Hadland Care Group.

This rewarding role involves overseeing the educational and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five.

You will provide a safe environment for children to learn, develop basic social and behavioural skills, and engage them in age-appropriate play activities.

Our Nurseries offer a purpose-built environment with Ofsted registration for up to 104 children, from 3 months to five years.

The salary for this position is approximately £

29-35 per hour, depending on experience. The contracted hours are 40 hours per week, full-time.

A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education is essential for this role.

You must have a passion for child development and dedication to caring, as well as creative skills and imagination to provide educational activities.
