About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as an Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor for the Exeter area.

This exciting opportunity involves designing, implementing, and evaluating the training and assessment of 40 apprentices in the Early Years Education sector, from level 2 to level 5.

The role offers a flexible work arrangement, combining remote work with learner visits across Exeter.

  1. Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet awarding body standards.
  2. Conduct workplace training sessions on Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
  3. Collaborate with FS specialists to provide support for English and Maths training.
  4. Offer tutorial support on various topics, including Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs.
  5. Host remote webinars for apprentices.

Requirements:

  1. Possess a relevant qualification or experience in the Early Years sector (Essential)
  2. Stay updated with industry developments (Essential)
  3. Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications (Essential)
  4. Hold a full driving licence, own vehicle, and be willing to travel to customer sites (Essential)
  5. Hold an assessor qualification (Desirable)
  6. Hold an IV/IQA qualification (Desirable)
  7. Experience working in Further Education or a similar environment (Desirable)

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum
