This position involves coaching and mentoring learners up to Level 5 in Early Years and Level 3 in Teaching Assistant, creating engaging learning experiences, and providing valuable feedback to help learners achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised Assessor's Award, a Teaching Qualification at Level 3, and relevant qualifications in Early Years education. Previous experience delivering and coaching Early Years Apprenticeships to Level 5 is also essential.

Salary Range: Approximately £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on experience.
