We are seeking an experienced Personal Tutor to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our Elevate programme. As a leading provider of training solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality education to thousands of learners nationwide. Our expertise spans various sectors, including Health and Social Care, where we develop innovative and effective learning solutions to meet the evolving needs of learners and employers.
Competitive Salary and Benefits
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- 20 days of annual leave, increasing with length of service
- 3 Paragon Days for our December closure and 8 public bank holidays
- An additional day off for your birthday
- Up to 3 days of paid volunteering leave and opportunities for corporate conscience initiatives
About the Role
As a Personal Tutor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional teaching, fostering learner progression, and ensuring that our learners receive the highest quality of education. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and impactful teaching and learning tailored to individual learner needs
- Offering valuable feedback to stretch learners and enhance their professional development
- Collaborating with Learning Support teams to address specific learner requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification within the Health & Social Care sector
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- Access to a car and the ability to travel for in-person learner observations, 1:1s, and team meetings
