About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Apprenticeship Tutor and Mentor to join our team in the Exeter area. As a specialist in Early Years Education, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to a caseload of 40 apprentices.

Your key responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting training and assessment across the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5. You will work closely with learners to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, ensuring they meet awarding body standards.

In addition to delivering training, you will provide tutorial support on a range of topics, including Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs. You will also conduct remote webinars for apprentices and collaborate with specialists to ensure successful completion of English and Maths training.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in the Early Years sector, with a qualification or experience that demonstrates your expertise. You should also have up-to-date industry knowledge and hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications. A full driving licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel are essential requirements.

  • The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £37,000 per annum.
