As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will create and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower learners to excel in their chosen path. You will provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help learners maximise their potential.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years and Level 3 in Teaching Assistant (desirable).
- Creating and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Providing feedback and improving learner experiences.
About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is around £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
