Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage projects and service change in one or more of our key transformation programmes, including theatres, outpatients, cancer pathways, diagnostics, community services, digital innovation, capital build projects, and environmental sustainability. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive organisational excellence and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects and service change in one or more of our key transformation programmes
Develop and implement strategies to drive organisational excellence and improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders to achieve programme objectives
Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
