Job Title: IT Support Specialist for Ambulance Service

The Transformation Unit seeks an experienced IT support specialist to join our team in Exeter, providing top-notch technical assistance and escalating issues to ensure seamless patient care.

This role is perfect for those passionate about technology and customer satisfaction. As part of the Desktop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional 2nd-line desktop support, serving as a primary point of contact for users and collaborating with specialists at various levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide efficient and effective support for IT systems and services throughout the Trust
  • Supply 2nd-line desktop support to users
  • Act as an escalation point for 1st-line Service Desk queries and collaborate with technical specialists at 3rd line, projects, and supplier base

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Reasonable experience in a similar environment
  • Experience of Microsoft operating systems
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience of computer networks

**Education & Qualifications:**

  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Computer Skills/experience

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between £29,970 and £36,483 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
