About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles and equipment to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake service, maintenance, and repair activities on motor vehicles and equipment
  • Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised
  • Work independently and as part of the team when required
  • Adhere to the Trust's and manufacturer's scheduled times

Requirements

  • HND in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Recognised Motor Vehicle Indentured Apprenticeship or training scheme
  • Current clean driving license
