We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Volunteer Ambulance Crew Manager in Sja's West.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, supporting, and guiding all our ambulance crews while they provide exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Local Ambulance Leads, Ambulance Hubs Leads, and Ambulance Crews to exceed the standards required by the Care Quality Commission (and other regulatory bodies).
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as local NHS Ambulance Services and Local Resilience Fora to deliver the best experience to our ambulance volunteers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the experience of our people and expand, diversify, and improve the service we offer.
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong and credible ambulance background (SJA EAC, NHS EMT/AAP, or an appropriate healthcare professional) and be able to lead a team to support and excel in our future growth and development.
