We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Lead to join our team and contribute to our ongoing transformational programme. Salary:
This position comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage projects and service change in one or more of our key transformation programmes, including theatres, outpatients, cancer pathways, diagnostics, community services, digital innovation, capital build projects, and environmental sustainability. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive organisational excellence and improve patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. A recognised project management or service improvement qualification is desirable. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
