Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Croda Singapore. As a key member of our Consumer Care business, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer engagement in the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to identify unmet market needs and emerging digital trends, translating key insights into strategic digital initiatives.
  2. Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, setting clear KPIs for digital performance.
  3. Spearhead new ideas that position Croda as a leader in digital solutions within the B2B landscape, creating seamless customer journeys and improving lead generation and conversion.
  4. Oversee the execution of global digital channels and platforms, guiding regional and country teams on best practices for local digital strategies.
  5. Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight for team members or external agencies involved in digital projects.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant subject preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Digital Marketing in a B2B setting.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing digital strategies with expertise in enhancing customer engagement.
  • Strategic thinker, creative with excellent analytical skills and exceptional leadership ability.
  • Data focused with the ability to interpret data into meaningful information to advise on logical next steps that align with the global strategy.
  • Awareness of CRO and UX and the impact this has on users of Croda's website.

Additional Information

This role can be based at any of our Croda sites globally, particularly preference to being based at our Singapore office. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
