About the Role:

The Area Sales Representative will be responsible for maximising Plant & Tool (P&T) hire revenue opportunities from existing major account customers and winning new business. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this role includes delivering sales presentations to our major account customers at a senior management level and attending depot/customer trade days to promote our product offering.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working in an area sales role within the construction/hire industry, with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth by maximising opportunities from existing customers and winning new business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise Plant & Tool (P&T) hire revenue opportunities from existing major account customers
  • Deliver sales presentations to our major account customers at a senior management level
  • Attend depot/customer trade days to promote our product offering
  • Work with various stakeholders across the GAP Group network to ensure proactive promotion of hire opportunities for P&T equipment
