Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an L&D team of 3, reporting into the Head of HR
  • Develop and deliver tailored learning schemes to fill skills gaps and align with business needs
  • Measure the success and impact of learning programs through analysis of feedback and data
  • Facilitate practical and engaging development workshops to drive improvement
  • Provide 1:1 feedback to support colleague development
  • Support individuals stepping into management roles, adapting learning materials to their needs
  • Communicate with external bodies to source training materials
  • Manage an L&D budget and senior/leadership management development programs

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in L&D functions, looking to progress further
  • CIPD level 5+ qualification
  • Experience working in professional services, with a background in financial services or insurance
  • Proficient in MS Office and online collaboration tools
