Frazer Jones is proud to partner with a leading Insurance Broker on their journey of growth and recognition. As part of their Learning and Development team, this role will play a crucial part in shaping the professional growth and enhancing organisational effectiveness.

This strategic position will consult, design and deliver initiatives that foster learning and talent development, directly contributing to commercial success and operational excellence. You will lead organisational development projects, working closely with a global team of 5, with access to C-Suite and development plans.

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in Talent, Organisational Development and Learning, as well as knowledge working in the Insurance industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing L&OD programs that align with business objectives, enhancing overall performance.
  • Equipping employees with technical and behavioural skills, and industry-relevant knowledge, to deliver exceptional client service and drive satisfaction.
  • Developing leadership initiatives to build strong, agile leaders, capable of driving commercial success and protecting culture.
  • Promoting collaboration and innovation through effective knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Implementing metrics to assess and enhance the impact of L&OD initiatives, ensuring commercial value.

Requirements: Proven experience in strategic L&OD roles, with a focus on driving commercial outcomes; proven experience working in a matrix, global Insurance firm; strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
