Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic catering team in Central London.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, fresh seasonal food for our staff restaurant and hospitality services. You will work closely with our Head Chef to lead and motivate the team, contribute to menu planning and theme days, and oversee stock management and training.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, with experience in B&I or contract catering. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Head Chef to lead and motivate the kitchen team
  • Contributing to menu planning and theme days
  • Overseeing stock management and training
  • Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

We offer a competitive salary of £31k, with the opportunity to increase to £33k after the first year. You will also have the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with opportunities for career development and growth.
