Senior Sous Chef Opportunity at Wagamama

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Wagamama. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will play a vital role in leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to drive kitchen performance, implement new ideas, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including labor costs, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure, think on your feet, and make quick decisions.
