Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Autism Practitioner to join our team at Scottish Autism. In this pivotal role, you will lead our efforts to provide exceptional support and care to individuals with autism. With a strong focus on leadership development, this position offers a unique chance to grow your skills and contribute to the well-being of our clients.

About the Job
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership experience, combined with a deep understanding of autism. You will be responsible for collaborating with teams, agencies, and families to deliver seamless care. Your ability to proactively recruit and strengthen your team will be crucial in achieving our objectives. Additionally, you must be flexible with working shifts, including weekends, evenings, and on-call duties. Above all, you must be dedicated to delivering high-quality care that reflects Scottish Autism's values.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support and care to individuals with autism
- Lead a dedicated team to achieve our goals
- Collaborate with teams, agencies, and families to ensure seamless care delivery
- Recruit and strengthen your team proactively
- Demonstrate flexibility with working shifts
