**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Autism Practitioner to join our team as a Lead Autism Professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to families, teams, and external agencies in their work with individuals with autism.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing leadership and direction to the team to ensure high-quality services are delivered
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaborative working
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to support individuals with autism

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of £36,750 per annum, plus a rural allowance of £1,544, bringing the total salary to £38,294 per annum.

Located in Clannalba, Lamington, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
