About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Autism Practitioner to join our team as a Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and expertise in autism support. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients. The estimated salary for this position is £37,125 per annum, which includes a rural allowance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of practitioners in providing autism support services
* Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual client needs
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in autism support
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, education)
* Significant experience in autism support services, preferably in a leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing demands
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
