Specialist Autism Practitioner

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Leadership in Autism Support specialist. You will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional support to individuals with autism.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team to deliver high-quality services
- Driving innovation and implementing best practices to enhance the lives of autistic individuals
- Managing operations, staff, and budgets effectively
- Fostering strong relationships with colleagues, families, and external partners
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of autism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and on-call duties.
Estimated salary: £37,500 - £40,000 per annum
