About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Autism Practitioner to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our services, ensuring they remain responsive to the needs of our clients. With a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, including a rural allowance, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership to a team of practitioners, promoting excellence in autism support services
* Develop and implement innovative approaches to care planning, ensuring individualized support that meets the unique needs of each client
* Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting partnerships that drive service improvement
* Drive continuous learning and professional development, ensuring staff remain up-to-date with best practices in autism support
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports that demonstrate our commitment to quality care
Requirements
* A recognized qualification in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, education)
* Proven experience in autism support services, preferably in a leadership role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving service improvement
