About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Autism Practitioner to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients. With a competitive salary of £36,875 per annum, including a rural allowance, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of practitioners in providing autism support services, ensuring individualized care that meets the unique needs of each client
* Develop and implement effective care plans, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
* Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting partnerships that drive service improvement
* Drive continuous learning and professional development, ensuring staff remain up-to-date with best practices in autism support
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports that demonstrate our commitment to quality care

Requirements
* A recognized qualification in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, education)
* Proven experience in autism support services, preferably in a leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving service improvement
