Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex cases of chronic diseases, including diabetes, asthma, and COPD
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
• A competitive salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
• An attractive annual leave package: 5 weeks + 10 days public holidays (increasing to 6 weeks after one year)

Location: We provide care for 8000 patients in Biggar, as well as an 18-bed ward in Kello Community Hospital and Greenhills care home.
