Job Title: Shift Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse to join our team as a Shift Nurse Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:
  • As a Shift Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the care team during your shift.
  • You will be responsible for assessing the needs of our residents and developing and implementing individual care plans.
  • Your role will also involve providing guidance and support to the care team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess the needs of our residents and develop and implement individual care plans.
  • To manage the care team during your shift.
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve the quality of care we provide.
Requirements:
  • A valid NMC PIN.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
  • Experience of working in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
  • An excellent rate of pay £26 per hour.
