**Job Title:** Autism Lead Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Autism Lead Specialist to join our team at Scottish Autism. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the lives of autistic individuals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals, families, and stakeholders. A strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks is essential, as well as experience in managing service budgets and financial processes.
This role requires someone who is confident in managing conflict and having difficult conversations, while also being able to foster positive relationships with colleagues, families, and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Estimated Salary:** £35,871 - £38,294 per annum (includes rural allowance)
