Autism Services Team Manager

As an Autism Services Team Manager at Scottish Autism, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of professionals, enhance service delivery, manage operations, build strong relationships, and promote positive change.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in managing service budgets and financial processes, and be confident in managing conflict and having difficult conversations. They will also hold or be willing to work towards SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management Certificate.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the team by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
- Enhance service delivery by continuously improving the quality of support provided, ensuring it meets the unique needs of each individual.
- Manage operations by overseeing day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships by fostering positive relationships with colleagues, families, and external partners.
- Promote positive change by driving innovation and implementing best practices to enhance the lives of autistic individuals.

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £35,871 - £38,294 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
