**Job Title:** Care Team Manager
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Team Manager to lead our team at Scottish Autism. This exciting opportunity will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of autistic individuals and their families.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of care and support provided to our service users. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our services meet the unique needs of each individual.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals, families, and stakeholders. A strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks is essential, as well as experience in managing service budgets and financial processes.
This role requires someone who is confident in managing conflict and having difficult conversations, while also being able to foster positive relationships with colleagues, families, and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop the team to achieve their full potential
- Enhance service delivery by continuously improving the quality of care and support provided
- Manage operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and external partners
**Estimated Salary:** £35,871 - £38,294 per annum (includes rural allowance)
