About the JobThis position involves leading and developing a team of professionals, enhancing service delivery, managing operations, building strong relationships, and promoting positive change. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in managing service budgets and financial processes, and be confident in managing conflict and having difficult conversations.
Job Description- Lead and develop the team by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
- Enhance service delivery by continuously improving the quality of support provided, ensuring it meets the unique needs of each individual.
- Manage operations by overseeing day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships by fostering positive relationships with colleagues, families, and external partners.
- Promote positive change by driving innovation and implementing best practices to enhance the lives of autistic individuals.
