">This role requires a PVG Disclosure check and SSSC registration within six months, covered by Scottish Autism.

">You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and providing high-quality care to individuals with autism. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting individuals with autism.
">Benefits and Salary
">The estimated salary for this role is £36,500 per annum, based on the requirements of the position and the location. We also offer a range of benefits, including 32 days holiday (increasing with service), fully funded training, life assurance scheme, pension, discount platform, and employee assistance program.
