Job Overview:
  • Deliver various general HR administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including offer letters and system updates.
  • Maintain a high-volume HR inbox, coordinating effectively with relevant staff members.
  • Assist with payroll data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
