Project Coordinator Specialist

This is a highly sought-after role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. As a Project Coordinator Specialist at Matchtech, you will play a crucial part in the success of high-profile marine interior outfitting projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure materials and raise purchase orders using our in-house procedure.
- Monitor deliveries and keep stakeholders informed.
- Update systems with accurate pricing, documentation, and data input.
- Coordinate on-site labor to ensure smooth project operations.
- Provide general administrative support during pre-planning, site implementation, and project close-down.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail with strong planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
