Job Description:
Michael Page is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic People Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.

Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and benefits data
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows

Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and supportive attitude

What We Offer:
