About the RoleWe are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Principal Officers and Executive Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience in managing competing workloads, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Main Duties- Provide effective coordination, secretariat, and administrative support to the Principal Officer and Executive Leadership Team.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and dealing with enquiries as necessary.
- Support the organization of meetings, including booking venues, refreshments, and equipment, and preparing and distributing agendas and reports.
- Coordinate high-profile national meetings and events.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to think logically.
- Proactive with excellent administrative ability.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving experience.
- Ability to work as a team and respond to evolving priorities.
