We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support our Principal Officers. The role involves providing high-quality executive support, managing competing workloads, and building professional relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide effective coordination, secretariat, and administrative support to the Principal Officer and Executive Leadership Team.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and dealing with enquiries.
- Support meetings of the Fire Authority and Executive Leadership Team, including booking venues, refreshments, and equipment, and preparing and distributing agendas and reports.
- Coordinate high-profile national meetings and events.
Key Qualities and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and logical thinking.
- Proactive with excellent administrative ability.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving experience.
- Ability to work as a team and respond to evolving priorities.
