Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Principal Officers and Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proactive, and have a proven ability to build professional relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide effective coordination, secretariat, and administrative support to the Principal Officer and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and handling enquiries.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for meetings of the Fire Authority and Executive Leadership Team, including venue booking, refreshments, and equipment.
  • Support the coordination of high-profile national meetings and events.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and logical thinking.
  • Proactive with excellent administrative ability.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving experience.
  • Ability to work as a team and respond to evolving priorities.
