As a 'Good' rated organization by His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Principal Officers.
About the RoleWe are recruiting an Executive Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide high-quality executive support to our Principal Officers and wider Executive Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience of managing competing workloads, and the ability to build professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Main Duties- Provide effective coordination, secretariat, and administrative support to the Principal Officer and wider Executive Leadership Team.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and dealing with enquiries.
- Support the coordination of high-profile national meetings and events.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to think logically.
- Proactive with excellent administrative ability.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving experience.
- Ability to work as a team and respond to evolving priorities.
- Annual leave entitlement starting at 23 days plus Public Holidays and 3 local days.
