Accounting and Business Development Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Accounting and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our Finance function, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of finance and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as audit and assurance, finance and accounting, management accounting, governance, risk, and control, strategic business management, and taxation.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000, with opportunities for annual pay reviews and career progression. Our benefits package includes a generous pension contribution, annual bonus award, share schemes, and more.
To succeed in this role, you will need GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent), as well as three A-levels at grade A*-C. You must also be at least 18 years old on September 1st.
