About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Policy Analyst to join our team at Ofgem ECO Reporting Working Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of energy policy in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to inform policy development and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including policy teams and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize policy initiatives.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure our policies remain effective and relevant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in energy policy analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of energy policy and regulatory frameworks in the UK.
