Job Description

We are seeking a proactive professional with a knack for managing and monitoring change to join our team as a Change Analyst. As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of the Programme Change Management Plan and ensure that all stakeholders involved in the process are kept up to date with progress of all submitted changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and review of the Programme Change Management Plan.
  • Keep the Change Register current, accurately reflecting the status of changes within the project.
  • Track all project changes to close-out, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Regularly present change metrics to the Senior Project Team.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package.
Requirements
  • Experience in building strong relationships, with the ability to challenge and influence others.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Commercially astute with project management familiarity.
  • Proficiency with CEMAR Contract Management Software.
  • Understanding of NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract or willingness to learn.
