Ambition seeks an accomplished Commercial Business Partner to play a key role in their Bristol office. In this position, you will build strong relationships with partners to deliver commercial benefits, enhance financial literacy of fee earners, drive performance against budget and improvement plans, and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.

The role requires a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with strong experience in FP&A or business partnering roles, excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, high proficiency in financial modeling, and cross-functional project experience. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps is highly valued.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a team that has been instrumental in contributing to the company's continued growth through driving profitability and enhancing performance. The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
