Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infotainment Testing Manager to join our team at Aston Martin. As a key member of our Infotainment department, you will be responsible for leading the testing and integration of all infotainment components, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of testing projects.
  • Testing and Integration: Oversee the testing and integration of infotainment components, ensuring seamless functionality and high-quality performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, software development, and manufacturing, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: Significant experience in delivering infotainment modules and managing a testing team, with a strong background in automotive development systems and test frameworks.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient in CAN tools, automation toolsets, and programming languages such as Python.
