Business Development Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment? We're seeking a skilled Internal Account Manager to join our team at our St Neots site.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure timely processing of customer orders, quotations, and CAD requirements, with any exceptions agreed by the Sales Office Manager or Sales Office Supervisor.
- Effectively manage stock levels and notify the External Account Manager of potential non-recoverable stock write-off costs.
- Maintain accurate customer pricing and ensure invoice information conforms to customer contract agreements.
- Plan and manage workload on short, medium, and long-term basis, proactively managing critical path timings for launches and keeping the Supervisor or Office Manager informed of any actual or potential activity affecting the Sales Office or Company.
- Ensure up-to-date 'housekeeping' and provide cover for answering phones as needed.
- Excellent project management skills and a friendly, approachable attitude are essential.
- A current, clean driving license is an advantage.
