Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Partner to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a critical role in shaping our leadership and management strategy, driving organisational change, and supporting the development of our leaders.

With a strong background in consultancy practice and business partnering methodology, you will work closely with our leaders and stakeholders to identify and address key organisational challenges, develop and implement effective solutions, and drive business improvement.

As a strategic thinker and collaborative leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, developing and delivering learning and development programs, and working closely with our Apprenticeship Team to integrate our leadership-accredited programs.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Supporting leaders using consultancy practice and an understanding of business partnering methodology
  • End-to-end learning and development experience, including diversity and inclusion activities
  • Conducting learning needs analysis and developing written reports for stakeholders
  • People management experience and leading a program of work
  • Knowledge of NHS leadership challenges

  • Leadership qualification at Masters level education or equivalent experience
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
  • CIPD, ILM/CMI, or equivalent
  • Professional qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience
