About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Partner to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our leadership and management strategy.

As a Leadership and Management Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with our leaders and teams to identify and address key organisational challenges. You will use your expertise in consultancy practice and business partnering methodology to develop and implement effective solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting leaders to develop their skills and capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Developing and implementing learning and development programmes that meet the needs of our leaders and teams
  • Conducting learning needs analysis and developing written reports to stakeholders
  • Leading on programmes of work and managing people
  • Working closely with our Apprenticeship Team to integrate our leadership-accredited programmes

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of experience in leadership and management development, with a proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders and teams. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead on programmes and manage people.
